Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Audio Visual (AV) Manager, this role is integral to the AV operations within the department. The position entails managing various audio and visual equipment to ensure seamless functionality during events and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a range of AV equipment including sound systems, projectors, lighting, and microphones.
- Conduct regular tests and preventive maintenance on all AV tools to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Assist in the installation and setup of AV systems for various events, including conferences and public presentations.
- Provide support for AV infrastructure enhancements and oversee the performance of AV systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver exceptional service and support during events.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing audio/visual integration projects or completion of a relevant certification program is required. Candidates should possess strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Work Environment
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend events. Physical demands include the ability to lift and maneuver equipment as necessary.
