Role Responsibilities

As a Spa Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing appointments, and overseeing memberships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Checking guests in and out for spa services
  • Providing accurate information to guests and clients
  • Inputting and retrieving data using the computer system
  • Addressing guest requests and escalating complaints to management
  • Maintaining composure during emergencies
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Effectively engaging with both internal and external customers
  • Welcoming guests to the spa
  • Completing additional assigned tasks as needed

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about hospitality and travel
  • Available to work weekends
  • Enjoys meeting new people and interacting with guests
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Possesses prior experience in hospitality and customer service (preferred)
  • Capable of creatively personalizing the guest experience
