Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management (HO) - International Marketplace

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for Walmart's international operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic advice to cross-border sellers, helping them develop their business in Walmart's international marketplaces.

This role focuses on building trust through win-win relationships with third-party sellers, driving engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling business cases to improve seller experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic, and SMB accounts across key categories.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive seller revenue growth, leveraging data-driven insights and consultative selling approaches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and working teams.
  • Champion and evangelize Walmart's platform and its evolving capabilities to prospective sellers, driving awareness and adoption of new seller services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the platform and experience, incorporating seller feedback and challenges.
  • Explore and innovate new partnerships or services that create shared value for sellers, customers, and Walmart.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 3 years' experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Omni-Channel, Merchandising, or a related area, or a related area OR 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
  • MBA.
  • Experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in Seller Account Management and Success.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail and results-oriented.
