Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Senior Account Manager in completing sales functions, including managing samples, size scales, and order processing.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive sales growth and profitability.
* Provide in-depth analytics and planning to drive growth in the account base.
* Resolve customer order issues in collaboration with customers and company partners.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail/wholesale apparel business or other consumer packaged goods industry.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
