Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team at the Utah World Trade Center Corporation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that drives business growth and supports our mission to accelerate growth for Utah businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a variety of digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and programs.
  • Manage and maintain our website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Design and create visual content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, to support our marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in managing and designing on-brand marketing emails to drive participation in our events and programs.
  • Help develop a digital marketing plan that includes cross-platform content, member and partner engagement, social media monitoring, website optimization, and analytics reporting.
  • Provide event support as needed, including social media coverage, event setup, and hosting attendees.
  • Report on monthly social media and earned media performance metrics.
  • Ensure our global network in Mailchimp is up-to-date and seamlessly synced with our Salesforce database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, social media, copywriting, and project management.
  • Familiarity with the social media marketing industry, including major platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with rapid change and proactive in adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in or able to quickly learn Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Salesforce, Asana, Critical Mention, or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Photography or videography experience.
  • Video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus.
