Objective:

Drive revenue growth for the organization by marketing its offerings to prospective clients outside of the showroom within the designated territory.

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to ascertain their requirements and provide tailored solutions.


Overview:
Formulate and implement a sales strategy aimed at achieving sales objectives and boosting revenue, particularly focusing on the Architecture and Design (A&D) sector.
Identify prospective clients and cultivate relationships with key influencers in the A&D field.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
Participate in industry conferences and trade exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
Leverage CRM tools to monitor all client interactions and maintain daily updates on activities.
Prepare pricing quotes, draft proposals, and deliver pertinent information regarding sales and delivery timelines.
Address billing discrepancies as needed.
Analyze customer sales and profit margins.
Provide support in the showroom as required.
Seek out new business prospects and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
Initiate contact with client leads through cold outreach.
Regularly maintain, organize, and update the CRM system.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the A&D sector.
Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively; regional travel may be required.
Experience in outside sales within commercial markets.
Background in representing premium and luxury brands.
Ability to implement innovative sales strategies to secure projects against competitors.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
