Job Title: Field Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and sell in product listings, planograms, and marketing plans
- Understand and effectively manage the buyer and seller relationship
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide outstanding support to customer base
- Plan, prepare, and support customers at industry trade shows
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products (primarily Excel and PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to be flexible and to lead multiple priorities while still achieving set timelines
- Consistent record of accomplishment, leadership, and over achievement of goals
- Ability to demonstrate drive and curiosity
- Shown ability to optimize work both independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of retail math
What We Offer
The LEGO Group offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,400 - $105,600, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
