Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team at Oxford RE Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of our residential projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor construction activities, subcontractors, labor, and materials to ensure consistent methods and desired results.
- Maintain schedules for each building project, adhering to designated start and completion dates.
- Inspect work progress and construction sites to verify safety, construction, and performance standards.
- Complete inspections on time, required paperwork, and daily reporting, including scheduling and payment approvals.
- Report job progress, photos, and issues using project management software.
- Meet performance levels in key areas, defined by indicators and specific goals for the position and the Production Department.
- Attend scheduled meetings and interact with customers as required.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensure building codes are adhered to, and jobs are completed on time.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or on-job experience, with a proven track record of completing several homes from start to finish.
- Working knowledge of Builder Trend is a plus.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to run multiple jobs simultaneously and maintain construction schedules.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, background check, personality testing, and drug testing.
- Computer skills: functional use of iPad, iPhone, Google Drive, and email.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
