About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and site visits.
Conduct orientations with clients and owners during the construction experience, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors, ensuring they can efficiently complete their work and make a profit.
Utilize technology to schedule, process payments, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Oversee all phases of the vertical construction process, including project scheduling, coordination, and inspection.
Monitor site safety and SWPPP, working with 3rd party inspectors to ensure compliance.
Direct and maintain an efficient building process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

Associates degree preferred, with 3 or more years of relevant experience.
Associates degree can be substituted with experience as a Construction Manager/Superintendent.
Experience in Multi-Family and Commercial development preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Microsoft productivity experience preferred, but not required.
Procore experience preferred, but not required.
