Residential Medication Technician Part-Time 2nd Shift

The Residential Medication Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by preparing, administering, and managing medications in accordance with physician orders.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications in the appropriate amounts at the appropriate times to the appropriate residents, as directed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and taking vital signs.
- Report any observations of resident bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds.
- Clean and sanitize resident areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Ensure compliance with universal precautions infection control and transport residents and equipment safely.
- Participate in resident plan of care and communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and healthcare staff.
- Report and record all accidents/incidents immediately and ensure compliance with all regulations from DHEC, Fire and Safety, OSHA, Labor Laws, etc.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care and support.
