Overview
In the role of Project Engineer, you will assist the Project Manager in achieving timely project execution. Your duties will encompass creating schedules, managing budgets, conducting progress assessments, preparing bids, handling change orders, and generating reports. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project management documentation including timelines, material acquisitions, budget oversight, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, teams, subcontractors, architects, and vendors to facilitate project completion
  • Perform site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Create operational and maintenance manuals
  • Compile precise submittal logs based on project specifications and drawings

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project engineering
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in relevant software applications
  • Ability to lead and travel as required
