Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Central Ohio Construction Services Team in performing construction project administration, management, and inspection for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects, qualify prospects, and make recommendations on projects to pursue.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience/education.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering, particularly in managing field and laboratory testing of soil, concrete, aggregate, and asphalt.
- P.E. credentialing is a plus.
- ACI certification is a plus.
