Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Turner Construction Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff to ensure successful project execution.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Contract Administration: Manage and oversee contract drawings, specifications, and subcontract information to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making financial decisions.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, including conducting regular site visits and inspections.
- Close-out Process: Oversee the close-out process, including preparing final records, warranties, and other documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction management software.
