Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of intellectual property billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
2. Partner with attorneys to review and edit pre-bills, making any necessary changes or adjustments.
3. Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) inventory reporting.
4. Coordinate with various departments to resolve billing issues and inquiries.
5. Implement and maintain billing schedules.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
7. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.

Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal billing, specifically in intellectual property.
2. Proven experience in WIP and A/R inventory reporting.
3. Strong ability to partner effectively with attorneys and other key stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
9. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
