Job Description Summary

The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of the SOLVD Health network, server, and application environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot end-user support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor system operations to detect potential problems and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
  • Ensure Technology Service Level Agreements are met and document troubleshooting steps and follow-up information in a ticketing system.
  • Create knowledge-based articles and other documentation to support technical teams.
  • Manage 3rd-party vendors and troubleshoot SSO and other permission issues for multiple applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Orchard Soft.
  • Basic understanding of cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
Competencies
  • Basic understanding of ITIL and MS365 experience with user management.
  • Experience with Intune and adding managed devices.
  • Security-focused and experienced in a HIPAA environment.
  • Basic level experience with Teams voice and/or Dialpad.
  • Knowledge of network switching and routing.

Work Environment

This position is based in Carlsbad, CA, and requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Required Education and Experience

  • 2-5 years in a same or similar role is preferred.
  • Enterprise-level experience.
  • Experience in a ticketing system.
