Senior Hitech Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Hitech Business Expansion Specialist to join our team in the Bay Area, CA. This is a remote work from home and client site based role that requires domestic and occasional international travel.
Job SummaryThe Senior Hitech Business Expansion Specialist will be responsible for expanding the BPO outsourcing business footprint within named Hi-Tech accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of growing BPO outsourcing business and experience managing large international teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Utilize existing contacts to introduce Infosys BPM across assigned one named Hi-Tech account.
- Manage Existing Business: Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
- Client Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client and the SLAs are being measured and met.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and provide competitor analysis, market trends and intelligence for the deal and business units supported in the account.
- Account Planning: Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
- 11+ years of experience in new business development and similar large deal BPO outsourcing experience.
- Ability to bring existing contacts and connections to expand the business within Hi-Tech account.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact.
- Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client's bid process.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams for support.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience.
- Track record in growing the BPO outsourcing business footprint within named Hi-Tech account.
- Knowledge of Hi-Tech industry trends and insights.
- Good understanding of Hi-Tech industry specific business issues and drivers in BPO outsourcing space.
- Experience managing and communicating with large international teams.
- Track record as a Business Development Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
