Key Responsibilities

  • Lead water resources projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in California, with a strong understanding of local regulations and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise in water resources engineering, including Hydraulics/Hydrology and civil design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive results.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong academic record.
