Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, researching new monetization strategies, monitoring partner performance, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure on-time payments and up-to-date contracting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships from sale through partnership lifetime
  • Research and evaluate new monetization strategies based on campaign analysis
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance based on established KPIs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with business development to identify revenue voids and top grading opportunities
  • Work closely with finance, legal, and business intelligence to ensure on-time payments and up-to-date contracting
  • Minimum travel expected for conferences with strong customer attendance
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical mindset
  • Natural ability to build rapport and carry business conversations
  • Understanding of customer relationship management processes around email/task prioritization
  • Desire to learn and continue learning industry best practices
  • Data-oriented and comfortable learning and using software such as Excel, SQL, and online dashboards
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and exhibits an enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative approach
  • 1-2 years of experience in AdTech sales and/or customer relationship management
