Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support our priority client. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys hands-on work and is passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Traveling within the designated area to service and maintain large industrial printers, specifically Indigo Style models.
  • Ensuring all equipment is installed and functioning according to client specifications.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and maintaining positive interactions with clients on a daily basis.
Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20 to $26, based on experience.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

Experience as a Field Service Engineer or traveling technician is advantageous.
