Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Research and analyze customer needs to create customized sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain a database of prospective clients using Salesforce.
  • Effectively manage assigned budget and support company marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of service sales experience, including finding, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Experience with facility services, janitorial, commercial real estate, or property management companies.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with ability to create compelling sales proposals.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
