- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Ability to travel and visit local site locations, with knowledge of the area
- Strong technological capabilities, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and LinkedIn
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $190,000
