Position Overview:
As a Team Operations Supervisor at Hart2Hart, Inc., you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of staff members and ensuring that the establishment consistently delivers high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.


Compensation:
The starting wage for a Team Operations Supervisor at Hart2Hart, Inc. is competitive, with varying rates based on location.

  • Lead and develop a team of employees.
  • Ensure food preparation and service meet McDonald's quality benchmarks and comply with all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain precise records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and beverage dispensers.
  • Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet McDonald's operational standards and objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain stationary during peak service hours.
  • Ability to change positions as directed.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to safely retrieve products from lower shelves.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Ability to observe and assess the work environment.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Must possess a valid food safety certification.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Previous management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
