- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least ten years of demonstrated business development/sales experience in a business process outsourcing or professional services, technology consulting business environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to access the C-suite within a client environment, develop client relationships, and drive opportunities through the sales process.
- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in driving RFP processes, collaborating with business and functional partners, and working in a CRM solutions environment.
- Personal Qualities: Honest and ethical with an impeccable reputation, flexibility to multitask, and strong business and financial acumen.
- Frequent contact with business development team members and senior operations team members.
- Requirement to form effective working relationships with senior executives, subject matter experts, and functional support teams.
- Will create/foster relationships with current and prospective clients.
