Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Growth Strategist to join our team at TAG. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, business development, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and track targeted opportunities for business growth in alignment with our corporate strategy.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and articulate complex business solutions into saleable solutions to prospective new customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Grow and maintain a pipeline of viable prospective new customers and associated opportunities.
  • Client Management: Manage client opportunities, including RFP processes, consultancy reviews, and audit activities.
  • Team Alignment: Align the growth team to sales best practices and ensure a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least ten years of demonstrated business development/sales experience in a business process outsourcing or professional services, technology consulting business environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to access the C-suite within a client environment, develop client relationships, and drive opportunities through the sales process.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in driving RFP processes, collaborating with business and functional partners, and working in a CRM solutions environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Honest and ethical with an impeccable reputation, flexibility to multitask, and strong business and financial acumen.
Working Relationships
  • Frequent contact with business development team members and senior operations team members.
  • Requirement to form effective working relationships with senior executives, subject matter experts, and functional support teams.
  • Will create/foster relationships with current and prospective clients.
