About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our AbuGoot Lab, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in molecular biology, protein design, and biotechnology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute molecular cloning experiments to develop novel protein-based therapeutics
  • Develop and optimize bacterial assays to evaluate protein function and stability
  • Conduct mammalian cell culture experiments to study protein expression and regulation
  • Apply directed evolution techniques to improve protein properties and function

Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • Strong background in molecular biology, protein design, and biotechnology
  • Excellent laboratory skills and experience with molecular cloning, protein expression, and purification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
