Senior Research Associate, Delivery Sciences

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our Delivery Sciences team at Beacon Hill Life Sciences - Boston. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming cutting-edge sciences and technologies into powerful cures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and characterize lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems, leveraging expertise in lipid chemistry, composition, and formulation processes.
- Explore new LNP characterization tools and their utility in rational design of LNP systems, particularly assays that elucidate interactions between LNPs and serum proteins.
- Conduct experiments independently and in collaboration with colleagues to support project goals.
- Communicate research and development findings with internal and external partners.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory functionality, including equipment maintenance and supply management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in lipid-based delivery systems, with experience in formulation and characterization. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
