About the Role

Belmond is a global leader in luxury hospitality, and we're seeking a highly skilled Private Client Manager to join our team in North America. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our discerning clients and driving sales growth across our portfolio of iconic hotels, trains, and river cruises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a quarterly sales action plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed client expectations
  • Manage relationships with LVMH VIC clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide personalized advice and introduce clients to the Belmond brand, enhancing their luxury travel experiences
  • Collaborate with property-based sales teams to ensure seamless sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Qualify transient sales leads and secure new bookings that meet our parameters
  • Analyze client productivity and ensure individual targets are met
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key contacts and influencers within LVMH maisons
  • Communicate seasonal promotions and support properties in achieving budgeted revenue
  • Make full use of selling, negotiating, and closing tools to increase B2C conversion ratio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury business and sales skills
  • Resourceful and customer-focused conversationalist
  • Able to understand and explain hotel procedures and processes
  • Familiar with B2B distribution and standard commercial B2B strategies
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
