We are seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance to Goals: Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, manage personal timecards, and maintain Tumi University Training.
  • Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, enforce excellent client services, and provide a consistent superior client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Luxury Retail: Understand the Tumi brand and have a true passion for the luxury lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
  • Strong Sales and Client Experience: Demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs, with a strong understanding of the luxury market.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Display strong leadership skills, a collaborative environment, and an openness to feedback.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
  • Integrity and Time Management: Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and excellent time management skills.
