Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

At Danfoss LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and support the growth of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for translating business strategy into HR strategy, plans, and solutions. This role will partner with our site leaders to hire, engage, and develop talent to build the capabilities required for short and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with site leaders to create a vision for organizational culture and implement best practices
  • Coach leaders on people management responsibilities and guide them towards practices that lift employee engagement
  • Identify and suggest countermeasures for unacceptable behavior
  • Support the onboarding process and facilitate the development of new employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience serving as a partner in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Minimum 3 years of leading and coaching HR professionals
  • HR Certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) highly preferred
