Position Overview

Annual Salary: $58,458.40

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the organization’s insurance and leave management programs.
  • Overseeing Worker's Compensation and Unemployment claims processes.
  • Leading and collaborating with the benefits team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources is highly regarded.
  • Relevant human resource experience may substitute for formal education.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ACA, insurance benefits, leave management, worker's compensation, unemployment claims, employee relations, and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with DOL regulations, as well as DOH and OPWDD guidelines.
