Position Overview

Annual Salary: $58,458.40

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the agency's insurance and leave management programs.
  • Handling Worker's Compensation and Unemployment claims.
  • Leading and collaborating with the benefits team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources is preferred.
  • Relevant human resource experience may substitute for formal education.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
  • A minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of ACA regulations, insurance benefits, leave management, worker's compensation, unemployment claims, employee relations, and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with DOL guidelines, as well as DOH and OPWDD regulations.
