Annual Salary: $58,458.40
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the agency's insurance and leave management programs.
- Handling Worker's Compensation and Unemployment claims.
- Leading and collaborating with the benefits team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field is required.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources is preferred.
- Relevant human resource experience may substitute for formal education.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- At least three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
- A minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of ACA regulations, insurance benefits, leave management, worker's compensation, unemployment claims, employee relations, and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with DOL guidelines, as well as DOH and OPWDD regulations.
