Job Summary

RCIL is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to support our supervisors with evaluating employee performance, job requirements, and employee relations. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of employment law, performance management, and human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Performance Evaluation: Assist Agency supervisors in evaluating employee performance and writing annual performance reviews.
  • Training and Development: Train Agency supervisors on coaching, disciplining, performance review, and corrective action.
  • Job Description Updates: Assist in updating job descriptions for all Agency positions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Experience: Five plus years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles or five plus years of experience in a higher management role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Employment law, performance management, hiring, human resources management, and communication processes.
