Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service through phone, email, in-person, and virtual interactions.
  • Support Financial Advisors with administrative tasks, including account openings, research, and tracking.
  • Process documents for insurance purchases, review close outs, distributions, and Roth IRA conversions.
  • Prepare business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed.
  • Oversee outside account reporting, securities litigation submissions, and insurance renewals.
  • Ensure accurate client paperwork and documentation prior to submission and processing.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including brochures, website updates, and social media posts.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of financial services industry experience.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
