Your primary focus will be on assisting clients with the At Your Service Model, ensuring seamless engagement and resolution of their healthcare-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate benefit design packages to members and resolve claim, benefit, and enrollment issues.
  • Interact with members through various channels, including chat, telephone, face-to-face, and video chat, to ensure effective engagement.
  • Provide updates based on agreed-upon timeframes and assist in increasing member engagement into appropriate programs and offerings.
  • Be a resource and educator on healthcare-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer service.
  • BA/BS preferred, with experience in successful resolution of high-level/sensitive customer service issues.
  • Solution Central experience preferred.

What We Offer:

Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. Our salary range for this position is $32.77/hr to $49.16/hr, depending on location and experience. Work Environment:

We operate in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, requiring associates to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed during the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
