Job Description

GPAC is seeking a skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join their Richmond, Virginia team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a passion for estate planning to further their career in a client-focused and collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that align with their goals and needs.
  • Provide legal advice on tax strategies, asset protection, and wealth management.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and build trust through clear communication and expert legal counsel.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of estate planning experience.
  • Must be licensed with Virginia State Bar, in good standing.
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload and work directly with clients.
  • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small firm environment.
