We are seeking a well-organized, responsive, and personable team leader to play a vital role in our customer service operations. The Operations Supervisor will uphold hospitality standards with poise and exemplify service-oriented behaviors among our teams and partners through awareness and discretion.

Position Overview
The Operations Supervisor at The Buttery ATL is responsible for assisting with both internal and external wholesale orders while directly overseeing the order packing process. This role collaborates closely with the management team to coordinate orders and meet partner requirements. Additionally, they provide support to The Buttery ATL's Executive Chef and Culinary Team as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions and order processing
  • Oversee operations management, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Operate company vehicles as needed
  • Maintain product and production protocols
  • Supervise daily packing workflows
  • Lead staff management, training, and development (including drivers, packers, and shop keepers)
  • Coordinate delivery schedules
  • Ensure order accuracy and fulfillment
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Manage facility upkeep and cleanliness
  • Oversee equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Implement safety initiatives
  • Administer HACCP and GMP compliance
  • Maintain packaging and labeling supplies
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness of smallwares and storage areas
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant or commissary kitchen management
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook 365, and Excel
  • A genuine passion for food, beverages, and hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and maturity
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
