Responsibilities- Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including blood counts, chemistry tests, and microbiology tests.
- Identify and analyze microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program.
- Medical Lab Technician Certification through ASCP, AMT, ACHI, or an equivalent certification agency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
