Charity Moore - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Representative.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and promoting State Farm products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about insurance products.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Promotion: Educate customers about State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the State Farm team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
