Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, the Inside Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing tasks independently, and providing solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Independently manage tasks, including problem-solving and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Proactively upsell parts and solutions to customers while actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, projects, and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in logistics within a similar field.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

Work Environment:

  • This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
