The NCO Member Services Representative plays a key role in creating a dynamic and engaging fitness environment for team members while delivering exceptional customer service to the member base. They are passionate about fitness and committed to serving others, helping to deliver an outstanding member experience at the gym level.

• Welcoming all members and guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Driving brand awareness, lead generation, and membership sales prior to the opening, promoting and selling retail, personal training, and tanning products after opening.
• Promoting membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare, in person and through social media.
• Consistently meeting lead generation and sales performance KPIs as an individual and collectively as a team.
• Checking in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in with an alert.
• Providing courteous and professional service to members and guests via phone and in-person.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor while promoting the Crunch brand to local businesses and in the community.
• Being an expert in all club facilities, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation.
• Creating community excitement for fitness and well-being.
• Completing opening and closing checklists and shift duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical effort required for daily duties includes prolonged standing and walking.
