Pure Barre is a leading luxury fitness brand with a strong presence in the US and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales and service excellence for our studios. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
• Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Membership and retail sales
• Manage staff schedules
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts
• Supervise Sales Representatives
• Proficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports and attendance reports
• Provide high-level customer service and make decisions related to customer satisfaction
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Requirements:
• 1+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
• Previous management or supervisory experience required
• Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing environment
• Solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• An affinity and passion for fitness
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software
