Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Builder Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the homebuilder industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong partnerships with homebuilders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the homebuilder industry.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with homebuilders, fostering strong and sustainable relationships.
  • Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to create cohesive strategies that deliver value to customers.
  • Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds targets.
  • Leverage CRM systems to track progress, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights for performance improvement and decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics regularly to refine strategies and continuously optimize sales tactics.
  • Provide coaching and professional development for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to succeed and advance within the organization.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of the sales team, focusing on talent development and continuous improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that align with business goals and support the growth of homebuilder partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the homebuilder and developer industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of industry standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires regular travel up to 50%. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
