Responsibilities
  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth.
  • Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team members.
  • Handle customer issues and concerns professionally.
  • Present and review sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Manage sales team to optimize performance and individual employee goals.
Requirements
  • F&I experience required.
  • Track record of sales success and leadership.
  • High level of customer service and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Passion for mentoring and managing people.
  • Proficiency in computer and automotive CRM programs.
Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 estimated annual salary, depending on experience.
