Job Description

**Job Summary**

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory control of printed packaging materials for our Contract Packaging Organization (CPO's).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of printed packaging materials, including bottle labels, internal folding cartons, patient information leaflets, and other related components.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with CPO's to improve our ability to grow our business and improve supply capability.
  • Perform materials management and inventory data management analyses to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
  • Identify methods to order the appropriate volume of materials to prevent supply gaps and avoid excessive volume ordering.
  • Develop and maintain accurate price, lead time, and vendor information for multiple US CPO sites.
  • Collaborate with CPO's to frequently review inventory and stocking levels of all printed packaging materials.
  • Support site visits to review inventories and compare them with our SAP system to ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver cost savings and service improvements aligned with Supply Chain Management and Finance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a packaging category, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
