Compensation: $18.75/hour plus Comprehensive Benefits Package

This role is not focused on customer service or call center activities.

  • Evaluate and process routine claims for long-term care services, ensuring:
    • 98% Financial Accuracy
  • Assess claims in accordance with policy guidelines and care plans, ensuring compliance with regulations:
    • 98% Procedural Accuracy
  • Determine eligibility and calculate benefit amounts based on policy specifications:
    • 42 Claims Processed Daily
