Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations within the center
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff to effectively deliver personalized instruction in various formats using the Mathnasium Method
  • Inspire and develop team members both professionally and personally
  • Promote the Mathnasium program by fostering relationships with schools and the community
  • Handle sales by promptly addressing inquiries and successfully enrolling students
  • Conduct assessments to identify learning gaps and create tailored learning plans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with families and communicating student progress
  • Monitor and enhance overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student achievement
  • Become adept with digital educational tools and processes
  • Ensure a safe and professional learning environment is maintained

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for mathematics and working with students
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Capability to foster teamwork while managing diverse leadership tasks
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Strong math skills, at least through Algebra I
  • Competence in computer skills
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree, preferably in education, mathematics, or a related field
  • Prior management or leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience in customer relations and sales is preferred

All candidates must complete a math literacy assessment to demonstrate proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
