Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in delivering outstanding service to our patrons. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you play a crucial role in shaping their overall experience.

WORKING HOURS:

MORNING SHIFTS: Flexible availability to begin between 3-5 PM and conclude by late evening.

EVENING SHIFTS: Flexible availability to start between 12 -2 PM and finish between 10 PM - 12 AM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a memorable experience for our patrons.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.
  • Familiarize yourself with menu options and provide recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
  • Manage guest seating preferences while maintaining efficient table turnover.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a full-service dining environment is essential.
  • Must successfully complete a 10-year criminal background check.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be able to remain on their feet for extended periods, up to 12 hours. The role involves prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist movements. The position may also require working with hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment.
