Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the U.S. market, focusing on companies with PCBA needs. This role requires a self-driven professional with strong B2B sales experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, particularly for non-consumer, semi-finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop key accounts with annual revenues exceeding 20M USD, driving new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate business terms including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, ensuring successful contract closure.
- Represent the company in client meetings, factory video tours, and maintain regular communication through phone or video calls to build strong relationships.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend international electronics industry exhibitions and events to promote the company's products and brand.
- Regularly report progress and updates to the headquarters in China, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Prepare and submit project plans, sales reports, opportunity lists, and perform market analysis using Amiba analysis tools.
- Travel to meet clients in the U.S. for pre-sale and post-sale support, including after-sales service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PCBA/EMS, with a solid understanding of export processes.
- Prior experience in large account sales within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred, along with an existing client network.
- Strong market development skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proven sales expertise.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 USD/month.
Commission: Receive bonuses based on order completion and payment collection: 1.5% for the first year, 1% for the second year, 0.5% for the third year, with a reset in the fourth year.
