Job Title: Financial Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to support our Executive Vice President CFO and manage day-to-day operations essential to the organization. In this role, you will handle confidential matters, facilitate communication between leadership and the workforce, and provide executive-level assistance across financial and administrative tasks. Your ability to manage projects, track financial data, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, travel expense reports, and correspondence for the EVP CFO.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the EVP CFO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
- Manage and coordinate projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with financial processes, including budget reviews, data analysis, and audit coordination.
- Conduct initial reviews of budgetary data and provide recommendations for financial improvements.
- Oversee the management of payroll systems and executive time management for direct reports.
- Prepare materials for meetings, summarize data, and create reports on financial and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, providing guidance when necessary.
- Assist in preparing agendas and coordinating management functions across the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience providing executive-level support in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
- Finance-related experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management, financial reporting, and audit coordination is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in typing with a speed of 50 wpm minimum (65 wpm preferred).
