Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive designs to meet engineering specifications.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of engineering requirements.
  • Prepare and adhere to project budgets and timelines.
  • Estimate, oversee, and manage construction expenses.
  • Coordinate engineering needs with architectural and other engineering teams.
  • Ensure timely processing of contractor submissions.
  • Maintain organized project files and calculations for assigned tasks.
  • Guarantee the quality and completeness of engineering designs.
  • Conduct and/or supervise on-site condition assessments.
  • Evaluate project staffing requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to project scope and document any deviations promptly.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Engage in client discussions regarding engineering systems.
  • Provide mentorship and potential supervision to other engineering personnel on projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered Professional Engineer.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Stay updated on relevant codes and technologies to maintain technical expertise.
  • Proficient in advanced tools for engineering design and documentation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering systems within a specific discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced engineering principles and calculations.
  • General awareness of engineering principles across other disciplines.
  • Expertise in your area of specialization.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of thorough design coordination and contract document development.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering consistent quality work.
Compensation

Base Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location).
