Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to our Commercial & Institutional - MEP Team. This role is essential in providing expert judgment and analytical skills for the design, implementation, and technical evaluation of various electrical systems tailored to meet client specifications.

Your Contributions:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of detailed project phases in collaboration with other engineering disciplines and project management.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of their work to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
  • Identify and assemble the necessary technical resources to complete assignments, continuously monitoring progress against project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering focused on building design is essential.
  • Proven expertise in applying engineering best practices effectively.
  • Advanced skills in engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and relevant business practices.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software is required.
  • Willingness to conduct occasional site visits as necessary.
